For a poetic dancer

With pen in hand

Making the perfect stand

Like a true romancer

That was read by a tiny young elf,

On how to be big,

By doing a jig,

But it wasn’t any good for his health.

From Hammersmith to Waterloo,

When seeing a ghost,

That’s really a post,

It hit him and knocked him out too.

Who hated going out in the rain,

So being a star,

He stole a car,

And then he stole a plane.

There was a young baby so young,

Who had a big massive tongue,

When seeing a fly,

Just fluttering by,

She flicked it out for fun.

Who never said anything twice?

Until a young bird,

With the last word,

Picked him up and ate him with rice.

Who was quite pleasant and quiet,

While being on stage,

She ate loads of veg,

To teach her young audience to buy it.

Who had a missing link?

Without the thrill,

Of getting a refill,

He couldn’t write or think.

Who didn’t know what was a check in,

So he played with some balls,

So a customer recalls,

Until someone shouted there’s Beckham.

Until a dog,

Jumped of a log,

And stole it in the air.
